History of the company
The principals of Vision Investment Partners are sons of Chaldean Iraqi parents who migrated to this country in the Mid 1940’s to pursue freedom, opportunity and better lives for their family. Each cut his teeth in their father’s grocery and convenience retail businesses learning at young ages the values of a strong work ethic, responsibility, and care for customers and employees. Each witnessed first-hand the struggles and aspirations of their entrepreneurial families. Each came to believe in the unrelenting promise of the American dream for himself and others and in the core principle that good businesses are instrumental for strong families and thriving communities.
With that history in mind, the principals of Vision Investment Partners set out on their entrepreneurial paths that led to the development of numerous real estate projects and de novo retail businesses. Their combined 70 years of business experiences and collective set of skills has now led to the creation of Vision Investment Partners.
Kevin Denha
FOUNDING PARTNER
GROUP PRESIDENT | REAL ESTATE
In this role, Kevin is responsible for acquisitions, site identification, contract and lease negotiations for the company’s retail property portfolio and businesses, with experience in virtually all U.S. geographies. In addition to being a co-founder of Vision Investment Partners, Kevin is also a principal of Wireless Vision, and has worked with many national retail tenants including 7-Eleven®, Tim Hortons® And T-Mobile®. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Oakland University.
Tina Mourtos
CONTROLLER
Tina serves as the Controller for Vision Investment Partners. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for the operations and finance functions of the company, including reporting responsibilities for the portfolio, real estate and operating companies. She has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance support in the wireless, restaurant and non-profit industries. Tina earned her B.A. in Economics from Wayne State University.
